I was in high school and an acquintance who I had argued with in government class about abortion and women rights was an avid christian. After class one day this freind, Mike, engaged me and asked me about my religious beliefs. I did not know how to answer him, I hadn’t really thought about and had not been to church since my Mom stopped going when I was little. Well, he eventually gave me a book by Lee Strobel called the case for Christ and told me to read it. I never did. In college, I found the book when I was cleaning out my room one day and started reading. I could not put it down. I eventually started attending Parkcrest Christian church and eventually in bible study asked Jesus into my heart. When I finally did I felt at peace. Like a huge weight at been lifted. And that is my long path to Christ.

well, i was six years old. I remember my brothers had already became christians and i guess i felt a little left out. I remember hearing the gospel by my sunday school teacher, and I believed it, so I tried to do the prayer on my own that night, but i couldn’t finish it or remember how it went. I remember going to my dad shortly afterwards and telling him I wanted to be a Christian. So he sat me down on the couch and helped me through the prayer. Its crazy that I still remember all of that.

    Jacques
I was invited to Forest Home Christian Camp when I was twelve. The counselor gave us an opportunity to receive Christ after a cabin devotion. I prayed to receive Christ that night and the rest is eternal.
